By maintaining around 400 ppm of potassium in your reef tank, increases blue and purple pigmentations in hard corals.
Dosing potassium is very similar to dosing calcium chloride since it doesn’t cause any drastic changes in ph. There are very few tests kits for measuring potassium and as with all additives it is wise to have a method of measuring any changes of that particular additive.

Just started using this product. Amazing extension of the polyps on the SPSs and expansion on the LPSs. Much like you get after a water change. Very
interesting, eager to see affect long term.rnrnI need to purchase a test kit however. I am extremely reluctant to add any additives if not testing
for it. I would recommend the same to anyone. Very risky otherise. rnI will post again in 2 months and let you know how it's working.
